ULIVI

GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Total area : 65 mq ; the apartment sleeps 3 ( + 1) : it's possible to add a badplace for a child younger then 12 years old). The rooms develop on the right and the left side from the entrance point, that is a living room. Our guests may spend their time outside, in a green space open but also cover (near to the wall, there is a cover place, with furnishings and flowers), in case of bad weather, so, in this way, you may enjoy a good book, a glass of wine, or just have relax, in any case. The apartment is at the ground floor, composed of three different rooms, communicating through bricks archs, and of bathroom (separated); all the ceilings have ribbed vaults (also bathroom). This apartment is collocated at the West side of the house, so, in each season, it's possible to appreciate evocative sunsets (enter the section: "Charming Sunset"). The genuine temperature of apartment "Gli Ulivi" is cool in Summer, but in Winter each room has warm air.

KITCHEN - (from the open window) The kitchen is made of masonry and wood (like the furnishings); there are 4 fire burners and large Travertino cooktop (a kind of marble typical of this area) and 2 sinks, fridge and deepfrezer, microwave oven, electric machine to have warm barley and Moka (for Italian coffee) and a safe. The water is drinkable (we have a water softner). Wooden furnishings, chairs and table: if you want a table bigger then normal, you can open it to have 4 large places.

LIVING ROOM - in front of the entrance, you may appreciate the "Ulivi Innamorati", "Ulivi in Love", a sculpture made by Maria Pia Scarciglia, in wich two anthropomorph Ulivi are embracced, crossing their arms and their roots; the room is characterized of a stone wall and a bricks voult: the atmosphere is so relaxing, ideal after a day spent visiting artistic and naturalistic wonder. There also are TV color, Satellite receiver, HI-FI and telephon (attention: only switchboard line).

BEDROOM OF APARTMENT "GLI ULIVI" - from the livingroom, passing through a door, made of iron and cristal, it's possible to enter the bedroom. This double room, large and well-lit, is enriched of niches and other architectural elements; the wooden furnishings are in old-style.
