GENERAL DESCRIPTION - the area of the apartment "I Girasoli" is 65 mq.

The apartment sleeps 2 (if necessary 3: it's possible to add another bed for a children who is youger then 12 year). Taking inspiration from the best Tuscan country tradition, the apartment develops its space around a large living room (40 mq), where the kitchen is positioned on the shorted side; the guests of apartment "I Girasoli" may enjoy a beautiful green space, enriched by garden fornitures, with a pleaseble view.

The apartment is at the ground floor of the house and it's well-lit, because it is exposed to the South.

In Summer apartment "I Girasoli" is cool; but during Winter each room has warm air.

Our guests may enjoy a green space, enriched of garden furnishings.

	Living room - Kitchen : (from the point of view of the entrance door) This room is very particular because of it's ceiling, composed of two different kinds of vault: one is a ribbed vault, the other is a barrel vault. From the arch in the background of the photo it's possible to enter the bathroom; the bathroom's door is on the right wall under the arch. Between the arch and the niche there is the "Fanciulla dei Girasoli", the "Sunflowers' Girl", a handmade work by Maria Pia Scarciglia; the apartment take its name from this sculpture. Living room - Kitchen : ( from the point of view of kitchen) From the arch-door in the background (on the left) it's possible to enter the bedroom. In the living room you may find comfortable sofas and wooden furnishings: all this to guarantee a good relax. The apartment is provided with TV, video recorder, HI-FI, analoue satellite receiver (Astra/Hot Bird), Safe. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge and deepfreeze, microwave oven, Carrara Marble cooktop, 4 burners, a security system minimises the risk of gas leakage, 2 sink, electric machine to do barley and Moka (Italian coffee). The water is drinkable; we have a water softener that give us cold water and warm water.

Bedroom - The bedroom is large and well-lit; the furnishings of this double room are in old-style and the bed has an iron structure handmade. The ceiling is realized of crossed beams.

The window overlooks onto the garden.

Bathroom - it's is composed of shower and hanging sanitary fittings.
